Deep within the Jenin countryside in the Palestinian West Bank, Canaan Fair Trade works with local farmers to get their products to an international market. Working with Canaan, the farmers are able to have an income at least three times higher than if they sold their products locally, keeping their heritage alive. Some of their international customers include Whole Foods and Lush Cosmetics.
